1. Service Description
FastNIF provides professional NIF application services for individuals seeking Portuguese tax numbers. Our services are handled by registered legal professionals and submitted to the Portuguese Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira).
2. Service Fee and Payment
The service fee is €99.90 for standard NIF application. Payment is required before document submission and is non-refundable once your application has been submitted to Portuguese authorities. We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- WeChat Pay (for Chinese customers)
- Alipay
3. Processing Time
Final processing time depends on the Portuguese Tax Authority’s review and approval progress. In some cases—such as peak seasons (e.g., summer) or unforeseen administrative delays—the timeline may extend to 4–6 weeks or longer. FastNIF will do its best to accelerate the process, but cannot guarantee a specific completion date, as the final decision rests with the tax authority.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and valid documents. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay your application. You must have legal grounds for obtaining a Portuguese NIF.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if your application has not been submitted to Portuguese authorities. Once submitted, fees are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
FastNIF acts as an intermediary service. We are not responsible for decisions made by Portuguese tax authorities. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.
