This is an assistance service. Whether a company can be incorporated or dissolved depends on name availability, debts, assets, tax/accounting status, RCBE and shareholder cooperation. Final outcome is subject to the commercial registry. RCBE / beneficial-ownership registration may be required after incorporation and may be handled separately depending on the case.
